First, we arrange a one- to two-hour meeting with you to get to know your priorities and goals in detail. This is the basis of everything, because then we determine the strategy accordingly. The ultimate goal is to accomplish the client’s objectives in a manner consistent with their values (and ours).

We determine the property’s potential according to its value and also according to how and what it could be used for. For example, even on a piece of land, which at first glance seems worthless, you could build an apartment building or a warehouse, or a home for the elderly. We will then transform this analysis into an advantageous strategic plan.

When it comes to real estate, typically for you:

• We will take over negotiations with the building authority, waterworks, mayor, ČEZ…
• We will find out where the utility network connection points are and what their capacity is
• We will check how the property can be used, and we will prepare a request for a change in zoning
• We will arrange possible cooperation with the neighbors
• We will suggest what will be the best use of the property.
• We will negotiate the purchase of nearby land and roads
• We will investigate  the possibilities of grants from the EU
• We will prepare tenancy agreements
• In divorces and inheritances, we will serve as a “mediator” to negotiate settlements.
